Services
StudioX 310 provides Pilates and wellness classes, workshops, events, memberships, and related products. All offerings are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to change, modify, or discontinue services at any time.

Accounts
When you create an account or book a class, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials, and accept responsibility for all activity under your account.

Payments and Billing
All prices listed are in USD unless otherwise stated. By purchasing a membership, class package, or product, you agree to pay the listed price plus applicable taxes and fees.

Refunds and Cancellations
Drop-in classes and class packs are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Memberships may be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy. StudioX reserves the right to refuse service or cancel any order if fraudulent or unauthorized activity is suspected.

Booking and Cancellation Policy
You must pre-register for classes to reserve your spot. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the class start time to avoid losing the credit or ebbing charged a cancellation fee. No-shows or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the class credit or a fee if stated in your membership agreement.

Studio Policies and Liability Waiver
By attending a class or event, you agree to follow all posted studio rules and instructions from instructors, disclose any medical conditions or injuries to your instructor before class, and participate at your own risk.

Liability Waiver
You understand that Pilates and fitness activities involve physical exertion that may result in injury. By participating, you voluntarily assume all risk and release StudioX 310, its owners, employees, and contractors from any liability for injuries, losses, or damages that may occur.

Intellectual Property
All content on the Site including text, graphics, logos, photos, and videos is owned by StudioX 310 or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not use, copy, distribute, or exploit our content without written permission.

Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to misuse the Site or disrupt its functionality, attempt unauthorized access to the Site or its systems, or post or share unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
